These panties are amazing. I got them for bladder leaks. I'm 44 years old and having that problem. These work great. They also keep your skin dry. The colors are beautiful. The material is stretchy. These would work well with a heavy flow. I used mine for nighttime protection and got just that.

I wear a 3x pant size but due to the size guide, I bought the 4x underwear. They fit fine but do roll down very easily. They need to be higher waisted for apron-belly women like me, covering the belly button. Still a good value so far for the price and easy to care for.

I love these panties. They are soft, comfortable and great combined with a pad if you have an overactive bladder. I have been buying these for at least 3 years now. They are a Godsend!!!

Feel soft and buttery on my skin. Perfect period panty on the market. Holds quite a bit on my heavier days. I sleep comfortably knowing I won't leak onto my bed. You feel dry so the absorbency is great. Mid waist and stay in place even while I sleep. Definitely recommend 10/10 🔥

They are pretty. They are very light weight, not heavy like most. They are soft and secure for leakage. Nighttime will be a breeze, because I am not worried about lady spills. They make you feel good. I will order more.

The 5X is equivalent to a size 12. The fabric is similar to a swim suit material. The waist band is about 2 inches and doesn't roll. The seams are secure. I was able to wash them with my laundry with no problems The product did not leak for me. I need protection from coughing and sneezing. I would purchase this product again.
