I wanted a lightweight nonstick pan that works on my induction stove and this is perfect. I mostly use it for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, and quesadillas. I never have issues with good sticking.

Delivery was on time! Perfect ! I already love this crepe non stick pan. I was going to wait to give my review but I decide not to. First of all for those people who gave a bad review I bet not one of the seasoned the pan. Second, who cooks on high heat unless your boiling water or burning your food! I melted cheese didn't stick I made eggs over easy didn't stick. This is a very nice pan and not expensive like the Hexclad pans. Some people such do more research on seasoning pans and learn to cook on the right temperature instead of cranking the heat up. Took me less then 5 minutes to season this pan on med to low heat with oil. This pan is well worth having. I have a 12” steel pan I bought years ago and never have problems anything sticking to that one either seasoning makes the difference and temperature which you cook with. The handle on this pan stay cool as well. You do have to assemble the handle and a wrench is provided to do this. I really like this pan !

it heats up the tortillas really good

It is poor quantity %26 after using for a month only it's ruined

i used this pan to make tortillas but it has been ruined in 3 days and it's in a very bad condition.

This item is not heat resistant on glass top and very bad quality, don't think it's try ply or heavy bottom.

Cheap quality, doesn't stay on the induction cooktop and keeps on sliding, outer area turned black just after one use
