I absolutely love this cookware and it worked great on my glass top stove. Eggs don't stick it's very easy to clean up and I even pan fry my steaks in them. I love the handles they are sleek and heavy duty and very sturdy. It is an absolutely great investment which I had been looking into for many many years of purchasing some kind of great cookware I finally found it even at the age of 60 years old it was a birthday gift for myself this year 🤗👍👍

Very nice pans and heavy. They clean up nice but the only problem I found was that after using the medium pan there was what looks like a very small burn spot on the bottom. The small pan was fine after using it. I haven't used the large pan but hope this will not happen on the other pans. I had a hard time finding a set of pans that each pan has a lid and wanted a set to last longer than the tfal. I believe these will last a lot longer.

Bought these for a gift and was so impressed I bought a set for myself.

i like this because things do not stick as much as most, the only thing is learning to cook with it. You want it to be hot before adding any food, or it will stick more. but overall, I like the skillets.

I bought these specifically to use with induction cooktop. I don't remember if the 12" pan was initially flat when I first got it but it probably was or I would have returned it. I have not overheated the pan and have always let it cool before hand washing it. It rocks back and forth now on the cooktop. I can see on the bottom that only about 2 1/2 inches of the center is contacting the cooktop.. Near the edges of the pan don't get as hot now making it's cooking surface about like the 10 inch pan. The 10 inch pan is flat still.
