The ipod "went away" and Apple left us with only a subscription service called Apple Music. The S4 came to the rescue allowing me to add all my ALREADY-OWNED music to the new S4 mp3 player. I am still learning about its capabilities, but so far it is great.

It's a bit difficult to navigate which app does what. It comes preloaded with a lot of apps. You can uninstall a lot of them. I bought it to just play music as the screen and my eye sight won't work to read any books and I don't do audio books. But those are options if you want them. It comes with Libby and Hoopla preinstalled. I've only had it a few days so I don't know everything. But overall it's pretty good. I might have to get a larger SD card for it because I've got a lot of music that I put on it and the 160GB isn't going to be able to hold it all.

The screen turned black and would not turn back on for several days. The alarms would go off as scheduled with no way of turning them off without screen access. She let the battery run out and then recharged it and it solved whatever issue was happening. Nervewrecking though, purchasing something that doesnt always work.

The description states this has 160 GB of memory. It does not it has 25 GB of memory. They tossed a 128 GB micro SD card in the box. I am returning it.

It cannot hold a BlueTooth connection to save its life, the speaker quality is low, and since attempting to connect it to my car, the whole audio system is non responsive at all. May be a suitable player through headphones, but nowhere near worth the price.

This is a cheap poorly designed product. Couldn't get it to connect to Spotify Kids through our family account. The interfaces (keyboard, apps etc) are all difficult to interact with....Don't buy.

it is not compatible to google play. set up the return and took them back and walmart refused to give us the money. said get it from the private contractor

i bought 2 of these and they are not compatible to google play. i was told to return them to the store. drove them to Walmart and they refused to take them. said have to get money back from private seller.

Hard to set up. I bought for my boys, setting up under their email was near impossible. Ive never had trouble setting anything up but this did it for me. I do not recommend for kids.

The touch screen is low quality and it stopped working after about 6 months. My best friend bought 2 of the same one for her kids. One lasted 7 months the other lasted 9. They all just randomly no longer turned on again.
