This electric insert was packaged so nice and so very easy to install,i ordered it with a trim kit and set it up all by myself in no time! its a beautiful insert and i highly recommend!!!
Received product quickly and undamaged, installed it in my RV, and so far it works perfectly. I like the fact that I can change the flame colors. Haven't really tried the heater that much, only that it does blow hot air.
Very simple setup. Keeps our camper toasty. I love the remote. When it gets to the temperature that you set it shuts off. I love this feature.
It's a good looking unit and fit perfectly into my stand.

I love it! I love the look and the heat it puts out!
Looks great and provides heat. Good substitute for gas logs we no longer wanted to use.
Overall we like the unit. Assembly was a snap and the flame effect is nice. With the heater on, it uses 1500 watts (up to 12 amps) and there is no lower heat setting. This can limit the simultaneous use of a 15 amp circuit with other small appliances.
We didn't really like the burner coils .... they need to be at the bottom of the stove, it kinda cheapens the look.
The logs and flame effects are a little cheap looking but the unit fit my space. The heat feature works well. I am happy with my purchase.
