i like Chinese food but there are no Chinese restaurants, anywhere near me , so i took a shot at ordering this when i saw it at Walmart, so glad i did, it is extremely good by itself or i pair it with sweet n sour sauce, and lo mien noodles of the same name, and or with the sweet n sour chicken of the same name this brand is awesome! i would choose it ,over the restaurant.
InnovAsian Chicken Fried Rice has an authentic, great taste. It's made with quality ingredients and was easy to heat and eat. Microwave for 5 minutes and it's ready to enjoy! It does not have a taste as if it's from a frozen box. Great, bold flavor and exactly what I was craving! It comes with more than 1 serving so it's a great value for the money.
Addicted to this stuff add some general Tso chicken on top and its chief kiss. Can't seem to keep enough of this on stock literally ate this 3 times a week. Easy late night meal without feeling like ur having to cook or to busy to get food. Definitely a lazy cooks dream meal
I like that it's lower in sodium than most frozen meals! I've seen some as much as 47% sodium! I just cook it on the stove! Just add a little water and Avocado or Olive oil. It's silly to microwave this! Plus I add more chicken to it. It ends up being about 3 to 4 servings for me. I'm single. Very tasty. Sometimes I add Braggs Amino acids for more flavoring(It's like soy sauce with less sodium)
I live 30 miles from town so I I don't get Chinese often. I had a hankering for some and decided to try this, after reading reviews. I Really Enjoyed this product along with the great value egg rolls. There is not much chicken in this, but that was okay because the flavor was near perfect for me. I added some teriyaki sauce to finish to my taste. But for the dollar, it was spot on. Not like the big restaurant kind but like the buffet kind. The kind i'm used to. I have since bought more to put in the freezer, for my hankering, but got just the veg kind. it was a couple bucks cheaper and again, not as much chicken as I would want. But this is a very good product or I would not take the time to type this much over some rice lol.
love this dish, has plenty of chicken and freshness of the veggies are amazing. I order this almost every week and its a fast meal or side dish. it's plenty for a quick meal for my husband and I, and you could probably feed 3 off of one if served as a side
It didn't taste like any thing I've ever had of that nature before and I've eaten at many wonderful and low scale Chinese restaurants. But this was terrible tasting. I honestly doubt that the people who make this dish have ever tasted it or tried it themselves. I challenged them to take some home and feed it to their family. !!! WoW !!! this stuff was awful truly awful !!!
I have a favorite brand but sadly Wal-Mart doesn't carry it, so decided to try this brand. It was just ok, chicken was cut up into tiny little cubes, I guess so it cooks more quickly. Therefore hard to tell there was chicken in it. I need to add soy sauce to the rather bland flavor. It did cook up quickly. Not my favorite.
Tastes like a cheap supreme pizza in rice form. Lots of onion and *tons* of red pepper, and very little 'fried-ness' to the rice. Basically tastes like fresh cooked white rice that they dumped pizza toppings into and added chicken. Really disappointed, I remember this tasting fantastic 3-4 years ago, with a good amount of sauce and proper fried rice flavoring. Also there was one single clump of egg in it and no other egg at all. The chicken part was pretty good, though, not fatty or off-texture.
I dislike giving negative reviews, but this item gave me the worst stomach pains in quite a while. I disliked the gurgling, the pain, and the fact that it lasted for multiple hours. I like other products this company makes, but somehow this is pretty bad.
