Don't buy online
The product is fine. You should know what to expect when you order it. My issue is with Sam's. When I received the item it was damaged. Not damaged in shipping, but damaged in the warehouse and sent to me anyway. How do I know? THEY TAPED IT UP SO IT WOULDN'T FALL APART UNTIL I OPENED IT! The case that holds the disks is too crushed to use. The fact that Sam's sent this out is appalling. Don't buy electronics from them online - they'll send what they need to clear out the warehouse, damaged or not.
