Has helped improve overall digestion and gut health. It kind of tastes like fermented yeast, not that strong though. I gulp it down with a glass of water before dinner and it seems to work. For the first couple of days I mixed it with some juice and that was fine as well.

this is the prebiotic supplement with the largest number of different kinds of fibre ingredients I have been able to find. The container and scoop are a convenient size, and the price is relatively reasonable compared to other options. Works great in smoothies — I never notice any weird texture or taste. Keep in mind that if you mix it with a liquid and let it sit for a long time it will thicken up a bit

I bought it because it has several types of prebiotic fibers that you can't find in any other product. Was taking half scoop at first. Then moved up to 1 full scoop. Now I'm at 2 scoops a day. I am certainly more regular than I used to be. If there are other benefits, I have not noticed it yet. My kids have started taking a teaspoon a day too - they just spoon it right into their mouths. It's a bit too dry for me to do that, but they don't seem to mind. I mix it with my morning cereal - it's perfect. Has a mild banana-like flavor but not sweet. I LOVE adding it to my cereal.

I like that this is a broad range product of various pre-biotic fibres, including mushroom and kiwi fruit which I think is a lot more of a biodiversive mix than other fibre blends. I like the fact it is tasteless, actually sweet from the inulin and it dissolves well in a warm or hot drink. I dont like the fact that it contains a corn sugar derivative ( although it is non GMO) It has also made me gain 4lbs and constipating for me. I normally buy the unflavoured Garden of Life fibre but it was out of stock. I have not found another pre-biotic fiber that is as good. I also have a sensitivity to inulin so this should be taken in to account when reading this. I take this fibre with a probiotic. I take the probiotic in the evening and the pre-biotic in the morning

I dont know if it benefits me.I took it for 2 months and i dont see any noticeable effect. I asked the manufacturer the exact contents of each prebiotic and I never got an exact reply. I wonder which prebiotic is higher than the others.So i m leaving a 2 star.
