Putting it together took about 4 hours with my spouse all items were there the instructions should have not been there super useless. The pictures helped. Lots of sand bags to hold it down the hoop and board are very heavy and so many different sizes with the wrenches!!!
Was easy to install but the rim is easy to bend
Parts were missing. Chatted with customer service. She couldn't do anything to help. Would refund if we could return to store or box it back up and have Fed x pick it up. It's to big for us to transport and the box has already been trashed so we are stuck trying to rige it with parts from the hardware store . Granddaughter still can't use her birthday present 😢
Parts missing, contacting supplier. no response. No wheels so bSe broke within a month. Hoop fell and bent. Don't purchase.
