I like stim free pre-work out powders. this one i could definitely feel a big difference in my strength. i was able to lift quite a bit more than normal on it. the pump i got was pretty good, and it doesn't give my skin that itchy burning feeling alot have. it does kind of make it hard to notice that its working that way, but once i got in it, i could definitely tell and my skin wasnt itchy, so idk kind of a plus on that. the taste is a downfall, but most ive ever had werent very tasty. it mixes well. overall id give it an 8 out of 10

i was x ited to get this and use it i waited for awhile to give my review just to see if it needed to be in my system to feel nething ive not felt a thing no pumps no veins feel like i got ripped off u can try it but wouldnt recommend i wasted my money its still sitting there wont finish it im sure so diissapointed
