I was so impressed by this steam mop. The seller shipped so quickly and it arrived in Less than 2 days! I love the spinning feature on it and that it can be turned off when needed too! The cord is nice and long so it can't stretch too. The different attachments help me clean so many hard to reach and stubborn areas in my home- especially my oven and fridge! It was easy to assemble and directions for use are clear too!. I love how easy it is to take apart and switch attachments to what I need it for! If you are thinking about buying this- do it!

LUV this vacuum! Hesitated buying it because it was too cheap to be a good vacuum but decided to take a chance because of the price. Original price $80 on sale for $29.95. WOW! Very powerful!! Light weight. Easy to assemble. I use it on wood and tile floors..... no carpet in our house except for a few throw rugs. So powerful that I have to stand on the throw rugs to keep them from being sucked up.

This has pretty powerful suction. I can't even vacuum over my throw rugs because it just sucks them up into the machine. But it cleans my tile and hardwood floors great. I really wish it was cordless but the cordless one I bought before this one did not charge and had to be returned so I went with a corded. The cord is pretty long but could be about a foot longer to reach across my entire space so I don't have to unplug and replug to finish the job. The one thing I really don't like about it is that it is hard to pull apart for the handheld unit. But for the money this is a pretty good vacuum.

The instructions say to replace the HEPA filter as needed, but they do not give you a part number or where you can buy it. I searched everywhere and have not been able to find one.

listing stated extra pair of cleaning pads but we're not included. Two calls to vendor produced no response whatsoever and one reply to Walmart's inquiry if vendor replied was pointless. Will be returning this false advertising product as well as cleaning pads I purchased separately

I just received my steam mop today and it is not working properly. When I turn it on, it makes a loud knocking sound, runs for only a couple of seconds, and then shuts off. While the unit does heat up, it will not stay on or function as intended.

I cannot give it a rating because it came with just two pads and I can only use it in one room. I have contacted by email twice the company and they act like they only sell vacuum cleaners I will be contacting Walmart and get a refund for this machine cause who wants one with two pads only.

Did not work. Never made any steam. Couldn't get support. Couldn't return or replace. I will never order anything from vendors other than Walmart directly.

This worked great for 5 uses and then stopped working. Walmart would not accept my return so I am very very disappointed. Will not order from Walmart on line again

This item is not what was expected, for the price go with a Shark. First, it arrived without the 2 scrubbing pads that go on the bottom ( I had to order separately from somewhere else), the handle is way too short (I'm also short so for anyone over 5'3 don't even bother) the cord is very short and it doesn't steam to a high temperature making it effective. Definitely not worth the money.
