I am so happy with this steam mop. It has completely changed the way I clean my floors and made the whole process faster, easier, and so much more satisfying. As soon as I took it out of the box, it was simple to set up and start using. It heats up quickly and produces a steady amount of steam that really cuts through dirt and grime. I love how powerful it is without using any harsh chemicals, just pure steam that leaves my floors looking spotless and feeling fresh. The rotating pads are one of my favorite features because they glide smoothly across the floor and do most of the work for me. They pick up so much dust and residue that I didn’t even realize was there. The adjustable steam settings are also great because I can use a lighter steam for delicate areas or turn it up for stuck-on messes in the kitchen or entryway. The mop itself is lightweight and very easy to maneuver around furniture and tight corners. Another thing I appreciate is that the design is practical and sturdy. The cord is long enough to reach large areas without constantly switching outlets, and the mop stands upright on its own when not in use. Overall, this steam mop delivers professional level results and is worth every penny. My floors have never looked this clean, and I actually enjoy mopping now.

I seriously love this steam mop! I’m a mom of two and live with my niece, so there’s always a mess somewhere. The steam is super strong and cuts right through kitchen grime leaving everything looking fresh. I use it on my floors, walls, oven and even those hard to reach corners. It’s lightweight easy to put together and my 9 year old can use it with no problem. Plus it’s cute and doesn’t take up much space. Totally worth it. It makes cleaning so much easier and even a little fun!

This guy is definitely a work horse. for some reason , my kids get my floor extremely filthy very quickly. The scrubbing , brushes and heat work very well and i'm even able to get under my kitchen cabinets where it gets the grossest. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because the water tank is so small. I don't have a huge kitchen but I do have to fill the tank multiple times when cleaning.

If you are just using it for a steam mop it’s great, but you have to push a button to turn it on and off and when you are using the hand held it’s hard to maneuver and press the on and off button. I wish there was a trigger to pull to make the steam come out instead of the on and off button every time.

WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP PRESSING THE STEAM BUTTON FOR IT TO PRODUCE STEAM EVERY 20 SECONDS!?? ANNOYING! The steam light stays lit for 20 seconds %26 then will cycle through all the colors before shutting off? Why is there not a trigger to press for steam to come out? It works maybe 2 out of the 10x I turn it on. Just for a 20 minute cleaning session you are having to press the steam button literally 30x. This is either a refurbished or defective item %26 I will be requesting a refund %26 shopping at devoac since this is the knock off version of theirs anyway!

The steam mop worked for 20 minutes and then would not produce steam. Checked the unit. Refilled the reservoir. Plugged it back in. Turn it on and it cycles through the steam levels like it is trying to produce steam, and then shuts itself off. The item was dinged and dented when I took it out of the box. Water runs out of it even when it’s not on. Total piece of junk. Just sorry I waited so long to open it that I can’t return it. Don’t waste your money.

The instructions say to replace the HEPA filter as needed, but they do not give you a part number or where you can buy it. I searched everywhere and have not been able to find one.

listing stated extra pair of cleaning pads but we're not included. Two calls to vendor produced no response whatsoever and one reply to Walmart's inquiry if vendor replied was pointless. Will be returning this false advertising product as well as cleaning pads I purchased separately
