This looked as if it was in water before. It was supposed to be new. I can see how it was returned though. It is a terrible design. There's no way the debris/bugs can stay in it once it picks the things up. It stays afloat for 30 seconds and then goes back to surface level for 1 minute. During that operation all the debris it just gathered floats back out. It will not stay charged. I've tried charging it with the wall charger and putting it out to keep the solar charge. We had total sun the past 4 days and it's before the sun goes down.
