Product was defective on arrival
I was replacing my original Lazyboy remote for the second time due to the neck buttons not working. My first replacement came from Medical Supply Center and lasted less than a month before the same buttons failed. I returned the unit and finally got my money back after weeks. I then ordered this new unit from Walmart, plugged it into chair, and no working neck buttons! Then I found out it came from Medical Supply Center as well! Stay clear of products that come from MSC! They seem to just be reselling broken products, and their return policy is outrageous! Not happy!
