InSinkErator Badger 1 CORD 1/3 HP Continuous Feed Garbage Disposal with Power Cord

This was exactly what we needed and much easier to install than expected. It came with all the extras if needed. Motor seems quieter than the last one we had. We're very pleased with the purchase.

fits perfectly. works well. easy to install

Super quick to assemble, barely any sound. No leak at all after installation and super operation

small but mighty All the H.P. you need , a money saver !! everything included in box quite %26 effective

I installed this by myself to replace an almost identical one. I'm 71 and an amputee so the difficulty had to be none. The only bad thing I can say is garbage disposals are HEAVY. Other than that it was extremely ease to install and I didn't have to replace the rings and gaskets on my sink.

It got pricier but did not improve in quality. This is the second time we replace it while it is not heavily used for a household .

This was a nice and easy retrofit to a failed Badger 1 that came with the house I purchased 6 years ago. It just made a humming noise and motor would not engage so I assumed the windings gave out on the original unit. This was a direct replacement install and it went in easily and no problems with the hook up. There were no apparent changes to the design from the one that came with the house. The locking mechanism to the existing sink was identical so not problems attaching it to the sink and the pipe fittings were exactly the same and there were no issues there in the connection to the drain line or the dishwasher drain hose. I had one hic-up being my own fault and did not realize until I rechecked the instructions that the dishwasher drain line has a plug in it that you must knock out with a screw driver and hammer. Caused the dishwasher to back up and not drain so that was the only issue. It would be nice if they would put a tag on that connection point noting that it is plugged and you need to knock it out if you plan to connect to a dishwasher. Other than that, it works great. Oh and a note about the description... it says it's gray but this one was definitely black. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

it is easy to assemble but we have faced some leaks at times.. in trial period.. hopefully we can get stability soon

had my disposal since February and I got the 3 year warranty, but my disposal has stopped working. I've checked my outlet %26 switch it's working fine but my disposal won't turn on, I've tried the reset button still nothing. Have not even had it for a year and it stopped working.

Got this installed with new home 20 months ago and its leaking already. Online it shows it has 2 year warranty but looks like only for units manufactured after April 2025. Bad product, wouldn't recommend.
