Walmart had a very competitive price on this high quality item. The shipping was prompt and without problem. The disposal was easy to install, is quiet, and works well. I used the existing plumbing and electrical connections from the unit that was being replaced and everything was compatible.
Shipped on time. I'm 72 and this is the first Disposal I installed myself. Instructions were good. No problem. I highly doubt a professional could've done a better job installing it and I did. That's how easy it is. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but I can say it is whisper, quiet and extremely capable. I'm very happy with it. I'm expecting 25 to 30 years use out of it.
Installation was easy, but you do have to buy the separate power cord if you are plugging the unit into a socket. Very quiet operation.
Disposal is super quiet and works great! Please note , this is much larger than the average disposal and takes up a great deal of space under your sink.

Bought to replace an Insinkerator Badger 1; this model is slightly larger, but so much quieter! And does a better job of breaking down tough food scraps. Only issue is you have to buy the electric cord separately - for the price, it really should be included with the product.
The disposal is very loud and does not grind scraps/veggies easily. If I could return it I would. Bad purchase.
the item was damaged. I thought it was only superficial damage and proceeded to install it only to find out that it leaked from the cracks in the plastic coverings. The item needed to be removed and I had to buy another one.
Super expensive disposal....they do not include a simple $2 power cord.... could not use power cord from old disposal....what a cheap way to do business.....returning!!!!
