While not an expert, I have installed a number of garbage disposals over the years. This unit had a connecting ring that made the installation much easier than others I have installed in the past. It also fit exactly for the old Sears model replaced.

This disposal is super quiet and chews through items quickly. what I liked best is I am a 60 year old female and I was able to install it by myself in under and hour! Which included reading the instructions and getting under the sink cleaned out for access!

Very nice garbage disposal
It arrived in a timely manner. I just recently had it installed and my Handyman was able to install it very easily. It seems to work very well. I was so happy to find it at such a great price on Walmart's website.

Great Product.
Owned first Insinkerator Badger for 20 Years. Great product. Relatively easy to install. Make sure fully turn the disposal to lock in secure. I used channel lock plier gently to fully turn to click sound.

I was replacing an old InSinkErator. Installation was a snap because of this. Everything lined up without modification. Even the mount to the sink was the same. If you are replacing a disposal, it pays to stick to the same brand I think. It does what it is supposed to do so I have no big feelings about quality. The most time consuming thing was taking the electric cord off the old unit and installing it on the new one. Even that was easy.

i had to replace the ecletrical part to fit my kitschen sink cause i have a old style of sink rhat wouldn't fit this new type of garbage disposal but i just installed it so we have yet to see how long it will last ?

Works great, I'd give it a 5 star but I was disappointed that it doesn't include the power cord. Installer told me most disposals no longer include the power cord. He was able to splice and install the old cord onto this new disposal. It's very quiet. Works well.
