I bought this to replace my older instant hot. I had the same model for several years, and the tank started leaking. I called the manufacturer and they recommended this new model number to replace my older unit. This item had all of the same connections, so it was very quick and easy to place it. It works great, and the price was the best over all the other suppliers on the net.

That's a great price for a bundle of an insinkerator insta hot tank and a faucet. Easy to install and connect. Operates as expected. No issues so far.

I used it as a replacement for existing tank. 5 minutes. Loosened 2 screws and took off the water lines. Replaced easily

I was replacing an older one, 12-14 years old. Easy to replace. Unplug, three snap on water lines off and take it out. Reverse the process. Took 11 minutes total. VERY Happy. Have it se at 193 degrees at this time.

Provides hot water when needed

I am so pleased with this dispenser. Never had one before. It looks great, functions great, is quiet when it is reheating, the temperature can be adjusted, I use this hot water many times a day, versus using my hot pot that takes minutes and uses counter space. I am so excited to have a hot water sink dispenser now, and I love this one. Highly recommended.

Love this product and concept - although water is shooting out the back of the spicket and I have no idea how to correct the problem.

Unless you are an experienced plumber or mechanic, you will need two people to set this up. It even says so in the instructions. The connector to the cold water intake was not correct and I had an unwelcome adventure trying to find an adapter. How about providing specs on the compression fittings so it is easier to adapt to a standard two outlet valve?

Handle is in the way of the hot water and the spout is not high enough

This review is not about the product but about the walmart buying process. I received a stainless steel finish not satin nickel. I called cuastomer service and got their new AI assistant. I had to keep callkng back as the AI ssystem updates later than the web or app. In any case, walmart takes no responsibility. The item is 3rd party only sold by walmart. I have to deal with the vendor myself. At least that is what i was told by AI. I was never able to get to a human. I have no idea what happens next. to do next. Very disapointing. At least i may have some protection thru Paypal. You may be trying but you are no Amazon.
