TOP QUALITY DISC FOR TOP SERIES
Simply one fo the best (technically and creatively) sets of discs and episodes in my library so far. Clear sound, great photography, beautiful scenery. Top flight performances from the two leading players. Great chise of British top actors as guest stars. Episodes centered in all the wonder, history and drama of Oxford University and neighboring villages are filled with drama, humor tension, and crimes that ranges from eccentric pranks and poisons to grizzly murders and mayhem. The series closes with this 6th set. Fortunately, all of the episodes in the entire series can bear scrutiny for many years to come. Holds a special place in my DVD library.
