Best tasting protein powder
I have tried about 10 different shake powders. Some are tolerable. Some are inedible. This is the only one that I really enjoy. It's like having a treat. I use it with 1/2 avocado and 2 cups of spinach/kale power greens. Add 2 cups water and a cup of ice and blend well. It's really yummy and good for you. I've had this as part of a high protein low carb diet where I lost 50 lbs. No surgery - but if you've had surgery I'd still recommend it.

My favorite is to mix this with decaf coffee for an afternoon snack - delicious, And mixing with ice and blending it makes for a refreshing smoothie in the summer
