[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This truly is a perfect piece of exercise equipment for home gym or public gym. If you need to get a quick light workout in or you want to get a serious pump on, the Inspire Fitness FT2 Functional Trainer is perfect for you!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 4 months ago, absolute best purchase. Really covers every muscle group in multiple ways, attachments are quality, and it really does help in making progress. Game changer right here!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned it for nearly 1 year and have been a regular workout partner. this machine offers a total body workout with a fantastic app for training. I get a power train for upper body and lower body that only a full gym membership could match.
I have had the FT2 for nearly a year now, replacing a smaller MII. It is durable and can even perform barbell-like dead lifts. Well made for the most part, and incredibly versatile. However, a few issues have surfaced. The leg attachment both in the FT2 and MII have the rollers secured by a flimsy washer that slips off center and ultimately comes off along with the screw (design issue). A solid washer with a small hole in the center will rectify that problem. Also, one of the leg cables' outer coating came off ( you may have a vendor issue). Be sure to check bolts and screws periodi8cally, a couple of small ones came off because they apparently were not tightened properly. Also, microloading (think small exercises like rear delt cross backs) is not easy because no 2.5# weight will conveniently attach to a stack. Considering that I use it 16+ hours a week these are fairly minor issues and I recommend it highly. It is pricey, but if you can afford it it will be one of the best investments you ever made in your life! NEVER stop working out!!
I bought this at the beginning of Covid. I use it religiously and it saved me through the pandemic. It's truly the one piece of equipment you should have if you're only getting one piece of equipment. It does everything. I have no regrets and would buy again
I spent over $9000 on inspire gym equipment, such as FT 2 functional trainer as well as other components of inspire fitness products. I absolutely love these products and I hope the company continues to help people on their journey for health and fitness. These products are a must have for any home gym, especially the inspire functional trainer FT2. It's everything all in one and there is no other product on the market that has with this has been one combination and it is absolutely brilliantly engineered.
I love my fully loaded FT2. After doing much research, I bought this about a year ago and I am still finding new exercises to do with it as it is incredibly versatile with its Hilow, mid pulleys, adjustable, cradles, leg conversion, kit, preacher, curl kit, I had the Smith Bar is the only continent is industry. Wellbuilt product service by a great company.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the ft2 fully loaded for about 2 years and it's just as smooth and sturdy as the first day I started using it. It is quite versatile and I'm always coming up with new exercises to use on it. I love the leg attachment for the bench as well. My only small complaint, which I've gotten used to z is that big movements like bench press and squat you have to start at the opposite position than you would with free weight. On the ft2 you start with bar at the chest fully loaded vs top. Same with squat which can be a bit awkward to get used to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen this set up at a local store and it looks amazing. I'm really hoping to win one from the Review contest they have. It looks like it has everything someone would need, the only reason it loses one star is because there is no way to use a free weight bar on it. I love that the Smith bar can be used without weights And attaches to the functional trainer weight stacks. What they should do is also have Jay hooks created to use a freeway bar as well.
I hate going to the gym and waiting for long periods of time for a machine So having this in my home accessible to me anytime is phenomenal. I have increased strength and muscle mass and lost fat. It's not heavy duty enough for my husband so he goes to the gym.
