Amazing product. It gives you full control over feeding schedules to allow for a more consistent quantity and timing of meals. My only critique is that the user interface needs a little work. e.g. you can schedule meals over 80 grams but the product always defaults back to 80 grams. Small fix needed.

Out of all the feeders I've tested, the 9L stands out as the best. It's better because it can hold a large amount of food, which is not easy to find in other feeders. Plus, it's available in white, which I think is fantastic. Another thing that makes it better is how easy it is to set up. You don't even need instructions; it's so straightforward and reliable that it's nearly impossible to mess up.

I had an excellent experience with this product! I own a pit bull who requires larger sized portions of dog food, and this feeder worked exceptionally well for her needs. I programmed it to dispense eight servings per day, twice a day, and recently used it when I was away for six days. Surprisingly, only about a quarter of the food container was utilized during that time truly impressive efficiency! Additionally, I appreciated the feature allowing me to record my voice for a personalized message to accompany the food dispensing. Considering its functionality and capabilities, the price of this feeder is unbeatable.

I adore this product! Life gets crazy busy, and being late to feed our girl is one less stress for us now. At first, I wasn't sure, but it actually works really well. I was worried about the size of the food, but it suits what I gave her. It's a bit expensive, but I truly believe it's worth every penny, especially if you're forgetful or have a packed schedule.

The directions are non-existent for this feeder. it comes with a card that tells you you have to download the app and that the manual is in the app, which I was unable to find. Had to get my son-in-law to program the thing and you need a magnifying glass to see the control panel. He told me there is a glitch in the app also. If the box hadn't accidentally gotten thrown away, I would return it.

Unboxed, set up and tested feeding by setting up a feeding despite the app being absolutely horrible to navigate. It worked successfully, so husband and I left on our long weekend. Discovered (on the app) 24 hours after we left that our dog had not been fed in over 24 hours. I had to manually go into the app and 'push' feed him. I contacted the manufacturer through the app for help and got no response at all. Yes, I can use it to push feed, but the ability to program a feeding schedule should override me having to do that. What an incredible waste of money. Don't bother, it isn't worth the box it came in.

Does not dispense food in either of the two I bought. Worked with customer service, they said would be fixed after app update, was not fixed. Returning shortly.
