I switched this out for that, and while it didn't make me any worse, it also didn't do anything more than what I was already taking. So if you are looking for something for your joints, I think this would work. However, if you are already taking something you like then I don't see a reason to change.

I didn't really notice too much improvement though it may just take more time to really have an effect. There were no noticeable side effects which is nice.
