I noticed I settle into sleep easier and wake up feeling less stiff, which honestly surprised me. It's gentle, not overly "sleepy," and feels like it works in the background while I rest. My only wish - if this formula were vegan, it would easily be one of the best nighttime joint-support products out there.

I'm sure to get full results you would need to take for months to see maximum results. Tablet is very easy to swallow. Doesn't leave any unpleasant aftertaste. Would say the tablets are consistent with what they are advertising. Texture of the tablets is like any other tablet.

Insta flex on relief relaxes me enough to were I fall asleep on my own without feeling like I was drugged. Relieves the stiffness and discomfort I usually have when falling asleep due to my fibromyalgia. I take two capsules an hour before my bedtime watch one show and then I'm out like a light. Feel rested in the morning not sleepy or groggy.comes in average size pill bottle and shelf life is almost 2 years! You can't put a price on a Great night sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsule is a little larger than I would prefer but I'm glad it is a capsule over a tablet. If is easy to take for the size. It helps with pain/stiffness and also helps me sleep better which I always appreciate!

I took for a week and did not notice a change to joint pain although my pain is minimal. My only noticed side effect was that my stomach was upset the first 2 days of taking it but went away after that.

Unfortunately for me, these are in a gelatin capsule, which I don't consume. I would definitely recommend the product to try if you are ok with gelatin capsules. It would be great if they make a version that does not use a gelatin capsule for those with dietary or religious restrictions.

A positive is that the pills were easy to take and I experienced no discomfort. I also do not experience joint pain so I cannot really say that it worked/didn't work on that front.
