The quality is good. I have had other brands and this one makes alot of frothy foam in which is great for making hot chocolate ! the buttons on it and the design is all in one meaning other machines are in 2 parts. This one is easier to clean without having to worry about the bottom coil part. This design is all enclosed and the top fits on neatly, I bought it as a household family gift anyone can use the easy design . As a gift !

I did lots of research before buying a frother as the previous one I had only lasted a few months and was very hard to clean. This product did not disappoint. Super easy to clean and milk does not stick to inside. Works fast and quiet and my lattes are as good as Starbucks now !

It is easy to use and easy to clean. IIs for personal cup, if you want to do more you need to do it one by one, the good part is that cleans easily and heat quick, so, you don't need to wait a lot. I use it for the milk not only to foam you can just heat the milk or water, make milk tea or hot chocolate just heating the milk and adding the matcha or chocolate mix powder and and the foaming attachment work a bit slow just to mix your drink . Quick and easy, do not overfill if you don't want to clean a mess, always to the line and everything is gonna be fine, like always says my teenage daughter. This little frother is good for a gift too. Kids friendly, with adult supervision but just because of the electrical cord use only.

I love this milk steamer! It warms the milk as well as makes great thick foam that does not just deflate once it is poured into your mug - the foam is dense and warm and lasts. The machine is very quick and also very quiet. It is easy to clean and does not take up too much room on the counter. It is going to save me a lot of money because I really enjoy my own easy-to-make lattes at home now!

I work at a Starbucks and I wanted so badly to be able to make myself hot drinks at home without having to buy a fancy machine. This thing works amazing, super easy and convenient, and the foam is pretty dang good. If you're looking for a way to make your own lattes for cheap, this is the answer. I love this machine.

I like the frother but it's kinda big. The one thing I do not care for is you cannot put it in the dishwasher. So that's kind of a pain in the neck. Other than that, it is quiet and does a great job making foam. Like a lot of foam. It's a great frother!

The amount of foam this Instant Pot milk steamer puts out is just what I want. What I didn't expect was how messy it can get if I turn my back on it. It whips up the foam quickly for hot or cold drinks. However, be prepared to do some cleanup. The cover/lid doesn't prevent the foam from spilling out onto the counter top and I'm learning to keep the paper towels nearby when I use it. Cleaning up the spills doesn't happen every time I use it and that is why I will keep the machine. It makes great foam and, I guess I will just have to work on calibrating how much milk I need to put in it.

It heated the milk perfectly took about 4-5 minutes but when you try and do a thick froth and I only put half the amount in (I DID NOT MAX IT OUT) it started having milk come out of every part of the top all over my counter .. I think the seal is no good on the top..

I only used this once to heat up milk for hot chocolate. It won't heat the milk to desired temp. I didn't use any other features. I was excited to get something for frothing and heating milk. If you want warm chocolate, this is your gadget! If you want hot chocolate, start it in here, pour it into a Pyrex, and finish it in the microwave. I love my Instant Pot so wrongly assumed this would be a good product as well. The buttons were not very responsive either.

I'm so unhappy that I wasted money on this. I bought it because it was a good price and I thought Instant Pot was a good brand. Overflows every time I try to use it even when I put in least amount of milk and if you turn it off before it starts to overflow then the milk is not hot. I now have to heat my milk up and then put it in and froth it but stop it frothing before it overflows and makes a huge mess everywhere. It's honestly the worst appliance I have ever purchased and I threw out the box so I can't return it. Please don't buy this. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
