This thing is like having a wizard in your kitchen! I've made everything from perfect roast chicken to crispy fries with minimal effort - the good thing is that you can pressure cook and then crisp up just by changing the lid. The preset cooking programs is very helpful, and the food comes out tasting fantastic. It's not cheap, but the time and stress it saves are worth every dime. The lid is a bit bulky, but worth it. I bought the ultimate model yesterday as that only has one lid and does it all, so will test that one too.

Happy with my IP but the annoying bit is that the steam collector goes near the handle on the left and not always in the condenser. Also the yoghurt bit on the pro max is a faff compared the the simpler IPs

My one critisism... When heating up.. it shows the word "on" no time its taken heating.. No temperature showing current state Other than that... This thing is real good

I was sent a new lid for a problem I reported with my instant pot. The lid did not fix the problem. I have been attempting to get back in contact with IP regarding this but have not been able to reach anyone. Now I have 2 lids and an IP that still does not work.
