Almost bought a metal rack. Wasn't sure about this. Now I love it! Roasted a whole chicken on my stove! Worked beautifully! Cleaned up easy. Would buy it again!

We used it to keep our beef roast off the bottom of the T-fal dutch oven, worked perfectly!

The "Instant Pot Silicone Dishwasher Safe Roasting Rack" is fantastic! It fits an Instant Pot 6 quarts or larger. The beveled bottom helps the water and steam get into the middle of the rack and not trap it in one area. It doesn't fit like a suction cup which is great so you can pick it out of the pot easily. I can steam vegetables and keep a crisp texture without getting soggy and keeping a great flavor. It's also great for every day meals, such as chili or stew. I can cook meat too and not have it stick to the bottom. It will keep the food at all levels and cook more evenly, and keeps the grease off the food by draining through the rack. It can also handle heat up to 450 degrees. Picking up the food on the rack is very simple. However my only call-out is to remember when stirring you food that the rack is in the pot. Other than that small issue, I love the rack. Also I like that the rack is dishwasher safe, BPA free and comes with a lifetime limited warranty. An avid Instant Pot cooker will love this roasting rack as much as I do!

This is a great silicone roasting rack. I also like to use for a trivet for hot pans and dishes.

These are so handy. I use it in my Hot pot, my microwave and my air fryer. So versatile.

I received this product in exchange for a fair and honest review I was excited to receive this roasting rack, as I have 2 Instant Pots that I use several times a week, and often both at the same time, so having another rack is great. I like the size, in that it fits both the 6 and 8 quart pots, and also the shorter size that keeps the food lower in the insert and have plenty of room between the food and the lid of the IP. I like that nothing stuck to it also...the chicken came right off, and the rack itself didn't stick to the bottom of the pot. Easy to clean, just toss in the dishwasher and you're done. I would definitely recommend this product.

This silicone roasting rack is soft and flexible, and has the ability to support large amounts of weight, with ease. The fits the different sizes of insta pots enabling better insulation from heat at the bottom of the cooker. This is good, especially if you are cooking chicken or roasts, and want more even cooking with less risk of scorching and saturation. It works well, and is easier to clean than most racks, but unless you have a dishwasher, expect to do a secondary cleaning. Something in the silicone apparently grabs a component of the meat juices and plates it out on the surface. It isn't so much hard to remove, as when the item is wet, this deposit is invisible. When it dries, you can see it and easily wash it off with a brush. We have slightly hard water, and that may be a factor. Even so, it is far easier to clean than any metal roasting rack, regardless of surface coating. Also, the silicone grabs the smells of garlic and onion so make sure to clean or soak if need be.
