This has a mild, slightly sweet taste that can be added to just about anything w/o interfering with other flavors. It blends very easily, and when I take it regularly at night, it does help me relax and helps to prevent muscle cramps. The magnesium also helps to prevent/treat constipation.
I've been using Integrative brand liquid magnesium for about four years but have occasionally tried other brands (usually trying to save a buck or two). Absolutely NOTHING compares to Integrative brand. The product is consistent and tastes good, but also pretty much completely eliminates both muscle cramps and constipation. I have recommended it to many friends and family members who are also using Integrative Liquid Magnesium. A
I always have this available inny fridge for me if I need to get things m9vibg along, lol!
Been using this product for years. My magnesium and calcium levels are normal. The product helps me sleep well. I love the berry flavor.
My wife likes it alot. She says better than pills.
Berry flavored tastes great!
It got here quick enough, and the price was a bit cheaper than Amazon and no shipping cost with me!
my daughter likes the taste. It is very thick so hard to pour and can make a mess but its worth it cause its a great product that my pediatrician recommended
Not sure the price justify the content since you can easily find exactly the same form and does of calcium and magnesium with 20-30-% of the cost. Otherwise, appear to be a great product.
This was a third time try for me, and all three times were complete and utter disaster. My first two purchases were from a different website, the effect was the same. Product is too thick and impossible to does correctly, which in turn makes you either take too little or too much. taste is okay, although it did aggravate my heartburn (i have acid reflux and hiatal hernia). First time i tried this,i received a bottle that was so thick that it formed into the paste, so i returned it. The second time i purchased was few months ago, and once again, i received a completely chunked up bottle that did not react to heat or cold. I was issued a refund. The third purchase, i finally received a partially liquid bottle, but it was still difficult to dose, due to thick, chalk-like liquid. However i took one table spoon, and after 30 minutes i found myself in the bathroom, where i spent the rest of my day. It was completely insane, and i can say that i never reacted to magnesium supplement in such a way. I returned it to Walmart yesterday, since i have no desire to lose my job over spending my work day in the bathroom. My belief is that there are additives in this that give you extreme runs, rather than the actual magnesium. Take at your own risk, i don't think this is a very good or safe supplement.
