The coffee is truly exceptional. The delivery? Not so much. Twice in the past several months, I have had a shipment evaporate into thin air. I had received confirmation, tracking info, and everything, and then. . . poof. Nothing. I then have to contact Customer Service. They are always helpful, but shipments delayed by 10 days plus is annoying. I hate having to chase an order. 5 stars for the coffee. 5 stars for Customer service and 1 star for Amazon shipping.

Maud's coffee is the best, and the darker/bolder, the better! I loved trying the different varieties (Mexico, Honduras, etc. ); they were all lovely! Maud's coffee is consistently delicious as well as very reasonably priced. We are a big fan!

Listen, I'm a ‘Tall, Black & Handsome' drinker. I like my coffee bold enough to wake the ancestors. But this Medium Roast? I buy it for my staff, and they drink it like it's their job, so clearly, it's doing something right. I trust Intelligent Blends, so even outside my usual lane, I knew it'd be good coffee. If you're a medium‑roast person, go ahead and treat yourself.

I have been consistently happy with Maud's coffee pods, and the Caramel Macchiato are a very delicious alternative to the normal black coffee I drink.

I don't like weak coffee so this coffee is perfect and full of flavor and the cups are built so they are easily punctured. If you want to put the grounds in your alkaline soil, there's a little tab so you can easily dump the grounds before recycling the plastic cup.

I am a decaf coffee drinker and have tried a lot of different brands and found Intelligent Blends decaf roast while on vacation at Virgina Beach, this coffee took the top spot and for the past 10 years it is all we drink every day. We are on automatic delivery and some times we have to shop around because the vendor is out of stock Maud's always comes through for us.

I decided to try this coffee because the price was fair and included free shipping. Well, my shipment arrived in just a few days. The coffee was flavorful as I expected in a dark roast, but not as robust as I would prefer.

I've always like this coffee from the first time that I tried it,it's has a good different kinda taste. Sometimes that's what I'm looking for, but not always and not for mornings, for me anyways. Would recommend. . .

I was happy my shipping issue was addressed. . . was also surprised to see my order all in one box. Good idea-if possible w/o removing 6 pods. My order was shorted 6 pods. Disappointing. Ah well. So it goes. I like the flavors of the variety pack very much. Didn't care for the instant TD&H. Didn't realize it included cream and sugar. Blech. Thanks for asking

The pods make a cup of light brown water. I did not feel that the flavor was strong enough (I ordered a medium roast). The pods didn't have a coffee aroma after the brew. The pods came in a brown box taped together and it indicated I had 100 pods. I felt like I got a returned item from the provider - short a few pods but whatever. I don't think I would buy this again.
