This little posture corrector/reminder is simple, but still a decent tool. I think it would be most effectively used during focused sessions, rather than worn during "regular life."
It vibrates when it goes to an angle, which means a lot of shaking while doing everyday activities like reaching and bending. But if you are working at a desk, driving, or walking, you could aim to not activate it, and/or make corrections when you get the signal.
The device sounds loud to the wearer when it is vibrating, but it's not very loud to other people, even if they are fairly close to the wearer.
The neck straps are "floppy" and barely noticeable on your skin. They don't seem like they would stay in place, but they have been impressive and not slipped off our necks when worn by an adult or child.
I like the simplicity of not needing apps or an extensive setup or anything complicating. It vibrates when you slouch, so you stand up straight and try not to activate the vibration again. Simple. Effective. Useful.
