Very happy with it
Takes a little reading and becoming familiar with each of the programs but I use it every day. The rechargeable battery is really a big plus.

Manufacturing defects?
Perhaps my experience as unique but thought it worth sharing. It's not my first TENS / EMS unit and overall I find them to provide great relief. Here is my feedback: 1 - Battery life is extremely short. I had to charge it at least 1x daily. Doesn't seem to take a full change. Battery indicator always appears half filled. 2 - USB port cannot be fully inserted into the wall plug. USB is old technology and I've never seen this problem in any device before! 3 - Wires connecting to the electro pads have a very short life; they lasted less than a week. I switched pads to no avail. First, one side produces a weaker signal than the other, then it dies.
