Needed to replace the metal box
I bought this timer to replace one where the metal box had rusted away. I would have changed to the timer in a plastic box but everything was in conduit and I needed to use the same size box in order to not have to redo any electrical wiring/conduits. I originally planned to only buy the metal box but it was almost the same price as the box with the timer so I bought them both. I hope the metal box will last a long time but it would be nice it they would sell the box at a more reasonable price when it does need to be replaced. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
