The assembly was interesting as the box was smaller than the dimensions of the chair, the packing was nice and meticulous with the wrapping of the sections of the frame. The frame of the chair is a little fragile, i wouldn't be too rough with it during use like falling into it. The cushion is very soft and comfortable, if you don't mind taking a different color you can lower/increase the price of the chair by a nice/not nice amount(the one i wanted was the darker green but taking sage was over $30 cheaper FFT).

great quality chair and pretty quick to put together. i purchased a more expensive one at a different store and this is a million times better - worth the price.

Great accent chair. Comfy to sit and curl in although the cushion could use a little more firm support for the bottom as sometimes you can feel the rattan wood underneath. I am putting a round memory foam cushion underneath to solve this little problem.

I was very pleased! My order arrived in a timely manner. It was packaged so well it took me a few minutes to free it from the box. The quality is excellent. It is sturdy and well made. It sits very well and is comfortable which is very important because I have other furniture, but in my house this "my chair ".

I ordered the frame for a papasan chair and it was very easy to put together, directions were easy enough. Frame is very sturdy and I am looking forward to relaxing in this comfy chair for many years!

you advertised this as a chair... i had to spend twice the amount to get the whole chair or return it. i wouldn't have bought it if the ad was printed properly. you should have honored the price on the ad then changed it.

Before buying this chair I read the reviews hoping that I won't be one of those people who received a defective item. Firstly there was a delay with shipping the chair. When I finally got the chair and unboxed it it seemed as if it was a store model or something that they found, wrapped it and shipped it to me. There were scratches and dents all over the wooded frame. I reach out to the company automatically regarding the issue and they had me send photos of the scratches and dents. They decided that the defects were “MINOR” and only wanted to offer a $15 discount. That didn't even cover the taxes of the chair! Absolutely NO! Very ridiculous.

The frame of this product has not been a problem. The cushion however has come unstitched. Just after the First month of owning the Papasan, I was cleaning my child's room and fluffed up the papasan. Only to find some of the cushions tufting had come unstitched. I contacted the seller and they wound not send me a new cushion. At the two month mark the cushion is completely open. I am very disappointed. This is a manufacturing defect and should be relplaced.
