This product has been exactly what I needed!

hard to mix
I bought this along with Renew Life Fiber Smart, and the Fiber Smart wins hands down. This product doesn't mix well, it beads up on the water no matter much you stir it. It has to be taken on an empty stomach, so it can't be mixed into anything else. I haven't really noticed that it's soothing like it states either.

Disappointed
This indicates to stir powder into room temperature water. It doesn't matter what temperature the water is, I have tried it so many times and it just won't dissolve. I stirred it with a spoon and different types of whisks. Always floating lumps, which results in an unpleasant taste.
