Great pool for both kids and adults - keeps you cool during a hot summer. Great purchase!
We purchased this without the pump and filter because the pump and filters are garbage. However of you spend an extra $125 you can get the larger filter that works well. Had to expand the outlet and inlet holes to fit the larger pump but it works fine. YOU MUST GET IT LEVEL. If not you will have a lopsided pool. For the price it was nice for my 3 and 1 year old.
Sadly, I had to return this pool, but not because of any problem with the product. I had used to wrong measurements, so I just needed a smaller one. The pool itself was fine.
arrived quickly. set up pool and was not what i expected. fyi: you NEED absolutely flat even ground for this to be easy set.
Over half of the bottom seam leaks/seeps plus there was hole in the side which sprayed water, (brand new out of the box). We set the pool up on our concrete patio for a level surface and would have never noticed the leaky bottom if we placed the pool on grass. Those of you who have your pool set up on grass might want to check the seams. The pool is a good size and easy to set up.
The pool is nice and all but no pump so I check on a pump and that is going to cost bout $109.00 and the pool was $72.00 so your better off just buying a big pool that had it all with it. But other then that it's not bad. Not sure I would recommend buy this one or any of them that doesn't come with a pump and all.
WE GOT THIS THE 2ND OF JULY. TAKE 1000 GALLONS OF WATER. BY THE 4 OF JULY, WE HAD FILLED IT 3 TIMES DUE TO A LEAK SOME PLACE NEAR THE BOTTOM RING. CALLED WALMART FOR SUGGESTIONS AND GOT PASSED ONTO THE COMPANY IT CAME FROM. OF COURSE THEY ARE CLOSED TILL THE 6TH. WE ARE IN W WASHINGTON STATE IN A HUGE HEATWAVE. IT HAS BEEN IN THE 90'S FOR SEVERAL DAYS OR HIGH 89. I HAVE LIVED IN THE SW AND THE HEAT THERE IS BEARABLE BUT NOT IN W. WASHINGTON. I HAD 4 GRANDKIDS HERE TO COOL OFF FOR MOST OF THE WEEK. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER TO SAY THE LEAST.
We put his pool up for the first time and the ring did not hold air. We called the company as the box states do not return to the store. We were told to look for a hole and patch it ourselves. This was the first time we used it so it was defective out of the box and instead of being told to return it for a refund we were told to patch it. Very disappointed in the product and customer service for the pool company.
This was a terrible purchase. I still intend to take more formal action, but after filling the air ring, and then filling the pool with approximately $150 worth of public water, we discovered the air ring has a serious leak. I have videos showing the obvious leak, but am struggling to find the time to formally complain and request a refund. Because the water in the leaking pool is nearly 3 times the cost of the pool, I am looking for a complete refund. We can get by for the season in WI by filling the air ring everyday, but it is not worth emptying the pool and refilling a new one.
We bought this pool 1 week ago and no matter how or what we tried, it kept loosing water. We took it down, checked the seams, made sure it wasn't leaking elsewhere and still it's loosing water. There isn't any holes that we can see. Next time we'll buy a metal frame pool. These pools absolutely stink. The plug to empty it is also on the bottom so you have to take it apart to let it drain and then take a cap off before it sill drain. It was a huge waste of money! We are calling the company tomorrow to get our money back. We'll also send the pool back without a problem but we could spend the money on something else rather then a non-easy set up pool.
