Pure Spa is heaven

Shelley March 19, 2017

We are very pleased with our new spa. it does cool off quickly once we turn on the bubble jets, but 10 to 15 minutes is all we need to relax. Really helps with our sore backs. We love the spa. It was very easy to set up too. We had a hard sided spa years ago. For the price difference this spa is great.

Get you one!

Terri April 21, 2020

Easy to set up. Easy to maintain. I love this thing! It warms up nicely and bubbles are great. I use the small chlorine tablets - drop one in the ball dispenser they send and it smells and feels great. We look forward to getting in everyday after work. Nothing beats sitting outside watching nature. Don't know why I waited this long to have one. Get your's!

Excellent spa for the price!!!

BMan62 March 2, 2017

For the price, this is probably the best money I have ever spent. If you don't want to spend thousands of dollars on a regular spa, but want all the same benefits, this is the way to go. Setup was VERY quick and easy. Living in Arizona, we don't plan to use it year round. Because it is inflatable, we intend to deflate it during the summer and keep it stored, then break it back out in the fall and use it through the winter into the spring. Just try and do that with a regular above ground spa!!! If you are even thinking about this spa, stop thinking and get it while you can. You will not be sorry.

Great Tub For The Dough

monlismit24 July 2, 2016

I had surgery the day this tub came in. My 19 year old son, set it up, filled it and had it completely ready for use in 45 minutes. It took right at 24 hours to reach temp. But the instructions tell you that. The bubbles are awesome. Book tells you how to keep it clean. Just gotta buy the chemicals and your off. Absolutely LOVE THIS TUB!!!!

Best portable tub made

wteenymeenymineymoe March 19, 2017

Just bought our second tub, first one lasted almost 5 years. I used my tub almost daily for 5 years. Have told many friends about how great a product this is without spending the money for a high priced unit. My wife says I should be a spokesman for Intex & sell & set them up for customers.. Love my tub

Storage

msmed June 27, 2016

I used this pool at a location where tear-down and storage is just as important as set-up. Spa was easy to assemble and take down all parts except for the blow-up pool. left it partially inflated, upside down and tied it to my porch for next use. I would recommend this product to anyone that can't leave the spa permanently set-up. Found that 3-4 oz of baking soda and a couple 1" chlorine tablets that fit the floater that was supplied, were all that was needed to bring the 210 gallons of water to perfect balance. The test strips that came with it were easy to use. It is important to set-up the pool so the water will drain where you want it to when tearing it down. It said it was a 4 person tub, but it's really great for two. Stepping in and out of the pool was easier than I thought it would be. top of the sides are flat and firm enough to sit on.

intex??? walmart five starts

audj1010 June 27, 2016

Found this item on Walmart and Amazon for the same price - I admit to being a faithful Amazon user but decided to give Walmart a try. Well around 2 weeks after the hot tub was assembled, filled and used maybe a dozen times (by one 120lb person) the seam split, the water went everywhere and the hot tub deflated. Obviously rendering the hot tub useless. I called Intex and was told to take pictures and sent them along with a cut sample of the seams where they split. Here is is 12 days later and no word from Intex. I made one call to Walmart customer service and a new hot tub was shipped at no cost to me a day later -THANK YOU WALMART!!

Works like a charm

Noname May 23, 2016

We have had this little jacuzzi for about 3 weeks. I'm glad we purchased the octagon instead of the circle tub. Only complaint is that I wish it would heat up faster, but as long as you remember to turn on the heat before work it will be ready when you get home.

Great first hot tub

LadyVee July 1, 2016

We have set it up and put it on our deck. Set up was relatively easy but we had to use common sense because the written instructions and pictures weren't clear. It is made of a rugged plastic/rubber material and feels very sturdy for a blow-up item. We filled it, put the cover on it and within 18 hours it heated up to 104 degrees. Can't wait to sit in it tonight for the first time.

Bad Choice

FathersDayFlop June 17, 2016

I read many reviews about this product online before purchasing this. It seemed like a great product, especially for the price. I set it up and the nightmare began with valves not matching up, calling Intex customer service for help. That was a big mistake, they couldn't speak well and we're useless. I fixed the problem on my own hours later. Next day, I woke up to a heater not working well. The water was still 66° then I found the problem, human error, I didn't adjust the temp to 104°. On the same day, I go to check on the water temp, only to find the hot tub deflated. What?!! I saw where the air was escaping, grabbed the included patches, that had no adhesive included. I called customer service no help again. I looked on You Tube for a solution. I went to the hardware store to grab some patch repair adhesive. I filled the hot tub with air 3 times today before putting the repair patch on and the adhesive, then I filled the hot tub with air again. I have to wait at least 12 hours for this to dry. This is a brand new never used hot tub, so if tomorrow I still have a problem, I'll return this. Very disappointing because I set this up for a father's day gift and we were looking forward to using it this wknd. I will say the set up wasn't complicated and I advise people to watch the DVD it came with before setting the hot tub up. Overall, poorly made vinyl product. I'm very upset!
