Very nice pool cover for the price. Draw string to tighten up around edge. So far ours hasn't ripped/ seems sturdy.

Our pool is 13 ft wide and this cover fit perfectly. I thought I'd have issues putting on by myself but it was no problem at all. Helped keep our pool cleaner. Didn't have to worry about leaves and bugs in the pool once the cover was on.

I needed a 12 in cover n couldn't find one I found this 13in one. It still does the job, just a little bit big. Thanks

I know why it happened, but husband pulled strings to tighten and it ripped. Be sure not to buy a larger size than your pool. Despite the rip, where the string is, it keeps leaves and most bugs out. Somehow mosquitoes still laid eggs in the pool thru the small holes. I could do without these.

So the description says solar cover, no where on the box does it say solar cover. So is it a solar cover that keeps debris out and heats the water? Just opened it, so will adjust my rating after I use it and hopefully get a reply.

I bought this 18 ft solar blanket because it was on sale. Nowhere in this description could I find the thickness but I'm assuming it was around 6 ml. I had it on my pool for a few days in the middle of the heat wave and it did nothing.. that's not true. It dropped 2° lol. It was also late and I had it sent to the store lol. Ended up returning it. I got something way better from a pool shop that actually helped. My pool went from 78° to 88° in 5 days. Plus the new one has a 5-year warranty

I have had this on my 18ft above ground pool for 3 days solid and temp has gone up 5° and we are in the middle of a heat wave. Yesterday was 39° with humidex. This cover is probably 6 mls thick but I cannot find anything in the description. I can already tell this won't last very long. Also it did not come with the storage bag that it claims to come with.. Spend the extra money and get something better. I will be returning this and buying a better one from a pool store.
