I bought this pump last year when the original pump on our 6,000 gallon above ground Intex pool went out for a second time. The original pump (the type that hangs from the bottom of the skimmer) kept burning up the impeller and armurture shaft. Each time it was hard to find and expensive. This pump/filter combination sets on the ground, works great (more powerful than the original), quieter, and I love the integrated timer that allows me to set it and forget it. Only very minor hose modification was required to install.

The pump is bigger than the one that came with the pool. We had a 1000GPH which stopped working. This one had to be modified to fit the opening but we were able to do it on our own with using the rubber pieces from the old machine. The power of this pump is exceptional for our 16' easy set pool. We were very happy with it this summer.

The product came as ordered and was received in just a few days. Very easy to set up and use. We are very pleased with it and would order from this dealer again.

I check multiple places looking for this filter and pool supply Superstore was by far the best price and speed of delivery.

Very happy with company, price and especially delivery. Ordered one day, product came the next day with free shipping. Wasn't sure about hookup compatibility with my pool. Wasn't able to find same pump that I already had. This one is great, but I had to go to two different plumbling supply places to help me figure out a way to fit the hoses onto my pool. Now that it is done, all is good.

I was looking for the pump advertised in picture. The pictured item advertised is not the same pump that I received. Does come with tubes. Will now have to purchase different filters to fit.
