Intex 15ft x 15ft x 42in Prism Frame Pool Set with Ladder, Cover, and Pump

we love this pool!! buying it on jet.com we saved over $200!!! it's amazing!! this pool is great for our whole family. I have a 7yr old, 9 yr old and 21 month old. it's nice because my older two can touch the bottom, but still plenty of room to swim. there's even enough room for myself and my husband to swim across a short distance! absolutely the best purchase we've made all summer. the kids are in it all day everyday and we saved alot of money!! I bought this and when we put it up it had a hole in the bottom. If I had bought this at the store I could have just returned it. But since this was sold on the Wal-Mart marketplace they told me to contact the third party seller (didn't know that when I bought it) then they told me to contact Intex. It took several phone calls but I finally got a replacement liner. The Intex phone system is not what I would consider customer friendly. I finally talked to a guy who had the liner shipped overnight. Then later a lady called to make sure I got it and then they sent me some floats for my inconvenience. We've had several Intex pools over the years and the pools are usually good quality. My big mistake was buying it online.

the pool its self is pretty shoddy i have had intex pools for 13 years this one is not up to the standard i have had from intex in the past.none of the seams line up there are wide loose overlaps on the bottom i will add that all hardware is fine but i am not happy with the liner or pool as such it just dosent look as nice as im used to this pool replaced a 16 48 ultra frame i downsized due to being old the slightly smaller pool is easter for me to mantain

The reason I ordered this poll was because it was pictured with an upgraded ladder. After we had the pool set up I noticed the ladder they sent was the same flimsy ladder from the cheaper pools. I called the 800 number but they were no help. They said that the ladder the came with was the correct one. I feel this is false advertisement. Don't post picture of a ladder if it is not the correct one. I will not order another Intex pool!
