Intex 22 x 52 Ultra XTR Frame Above Ground Pool Set with Sand Filter Pump

I bought this pool two years ago it sat in my garage . I finally put it together it's totally awesome I upgraded and got my own sand filter system 1.5 hires pump because the pump it comes with is not powerful enough for this giant of a pool but I would recommend it !! it's easy to put together the hardest part is leveling the ground in your yard but there's many videos on YouTube to show you how, very happy

Ordering and delivery were fast and easy! The set up was very easy and all the packages and pieces arrived together l!

You need 4 people to put the pool together easier make sure your poles are straight and liner is flat before adding water.

I love this. Set up wasn't too bad but the sand pump instructions are terrible

We ordered this pool in March 2020. It is now May 2020 and we have yet to receive missing parts. The pool, ladder and rails all showed up on time. The sand pump and filter showed shipped and then never arrived. When I finally figured out how to get a hold of someone from Walmart.com they said that unfortunately it was lost in transit and was now out of stock. They refunded the money for those two items and told me to order a different pump. I ordered it from home depot with no problem. Then when it realized I was also missing all the parts that hook up the pump to the pool (hoses, inlet/outlet connectors) and I was also missing the ground cover, Walmart told me to contact INTEX to resolve that issue. Intex of unfortunately is closed due to covid , and the website says to leave the information for what I need and I would receive an email back giving me instruction on how to resolve. It has been over a month and I have yet to hear back from INTEX. So, now I have 3/4 of a pool and no way to use it. I have attemped to resolve the issue on my own by ordering replavement parts which cost over $100.00 as well as landscape fabric that was over $150.00 in order to use my pool. I really think INTEX and Walmart should take the time to resolve the extra money I have to spend to get parts for my pool. I paid for all the parts upfront and they did not produce the product I purchased. I would not recommend ordering this pool from Walmart.com at this time.

I ordered this pool from Walmart.com, sold and shipped by Walmart. My order was place on May 27th, two boxes arrived June 6th and one box arrived on 7th. I was supposed to receive boxes %231, %232, and %233. Instead I got boxes %231, %232, and a second box %232. I was told they would ship an entirely new set, incase I get a set that was missing box %232, then I could ship the three boxes I didn't need back, and it would take a week. I received an email later that said it would actually be two weeks before my shipment would arrive. Package arrived June 6th, it was one box, it was another box %231. I called customer support and they told me the first girl lied and that I had to send the other boxes back before they would ship the other 2 boxes (maybe correct, maybe two box %233's who knows). So I would have to wait until they got them, then another 1-2 weeks for them to ship the new packages and I would have been without a pool, for most of a summer. This was a replacement pool and needed an Intex 22 foot because I already have an area all set up from the last pool.

It might be a good pool. It might not. I'll never know. This pool is supposed to come in three boxes. We received ONE box. The other two never arrived. Walmart blamed the carrier. The carrier blamed Walmart. I took off work two different days because I had to sign for it only for the whole thing to never get here. No one knows where the other two boxes are. Walmart eventually refunded my money and said reorder it at a discount. However, when I hit the reorder button it says out of stock. Prepare for disappointment if you order a pool from Walmart.

I dislike the fact that I only received 2 out of 3 boxes, and when I try to figure out when it's going to be shipped no one could tell me, then I go into my orders to see that they cancelled that order because it was out of stock, which I get that's not your fault but no one informed me, so when I call back to find out how to deal with this, they just tell me to re-order that one part the one that was canceled because I already have the two other ones, but I can't seem to find just the one part that's supposed to go with the pool. It is the frame.

Attempting to buy this pool again after first attempt was a disappointment. Got 2 out of 3 boxes and never got the 3rd. Hopefully this time they all come together or I will have to tell carrier to keep them.
