like everything there's mixed for views, but this thing is great. Everything was included. The vacuum works awesome and really have no complaints at all. i'm in Florida and was worried about the filter not keeping up but so far everything is working great.

We just purchased this pool and recieved it a few days ago. It was harder to put up than we expected because the top side poles were very hard to push through the liner holes. When attaching the legs one of the bottom straps attached the the liner came off. That is why I rated it 3 stars.

We love the pool itself. We just purchased it and the shipping was pretty fast! The only issue that I’m having is our pump broke 3 days after we set it up and we can’t get ahold of anyone at VM Innovations or Intex. We have called and both places are too busy to take calls so it sends us to the website where we had to email. We have emailed both places and no one has gotten back to us! So now we’re just left with a broken pump and a filled pool that I paid to have filled! It would be nice if someone got back to us!!!!

The pool never arrived for me to properly rate it. So frustrating. The problem may be the company itself or the shipper they choose to use. Buyer beware. So far, two days late with no eta of arrival.

The pool itself is very nice but DO NOT use the ladder. Set it up , climes in and while climbing back out the ladder broke while I was on top step. Fell flat on my back on the wood/pavers around pool. I am currently in ER being checked for broken ribs. Before you ask I do not exceed weight limit, I only weigh 175lbs. I will be buying a new ladder.

Beware of products sold through Walmart from other sellers! If you have a problem, it is difficult to get resolution.

Lasted one summer! It was overfilled slightly by the rain and the pool collapsed broke some of the legs. They was to expensive to replace considering you had to purchase multiple sections.
