I have used the spa almost everyday. It is easy to take care of and I really like the nice cover. I think it will be easy to take down during the winter for storage in the bag provided. I would recommend to those who want a compact, yet carefree spa.

Best purchase! It does take a long time to heat up, we kept it on overnite initially. We decided to just leave it running 24/7. We use it through out the day. I recommend buying one of the Intex lights made for them. Makes the experience way better at night time.

Thrilled it fit in my car, my son and I were able to carry it and set it up without help. Directions were a little confusing, but we figured it out and within an hour we were sitting in it, freezing our tootsies off, but grinning from ear to ear. In five hours, it has already heated the water 10 degrees. PS especially happy we didn't have to pay an electrician hundreds of dollars to do special wiring!!

Works great, jets are pretty strong, ive had it for a week and my wife and I go in it everynight..takes about 24hrs to get to the 104 temp. But, after that maintains pretty good. Just had a e90 code pop up and have been working with it, other than that works great.

I really enjoyed this hottub at first its not bad for the money. Ive owned many hottubs but after about 10 days wont seem to heat up any more my neighbors after seeing mine went out and bought 1 as well and there friends bought 1 to everyone little nervous bout the way mines actin .I have not made any attempts to get it corrected yet hottubs

The product arrived much earlier than anticipated and we were pleased with that. We set the spa up in about an hour and the product itself looked great! Exceeded our expectations! We filled the spa, allowed it to heat up, which takes about 8 hrs... And it worked great... for two days. The bubble jets are powerful, and there is plenty of room to stretch out. My wife and I loved it!!!! But after two days of use, it has stopped working. Will not even turn on. I'm not sure what the issue is but its not our electrical outlet... already checked that. We don't want to return it for a refund because we really like it when it works... so we are currently contemplating what to do. After our problem, I discovered other negative reviews about this product. Be careful, and read all of the reviews carefully before making a decision. You just may end up with a wade pool on your back patio like the one we have now!

Worked for one day and it quit. Still waiting for a replacement controller from Intex headquarters in Calif. Its been over two weeks with this thing sitting on my deck and unable to use. Thinking about packing it up and returning it to the nearest Walmart store.

We purchased this item on 24 Feb 2016, and picked it up at the store on 07 March 2016. We built a 4 season room off our house to accommodate it and set it up according to the instructions. After 2 weeks we started getting error messages, but they were easily corrected. This morning, 17 June 2016, we awoke to find that the room the spa sat in was flooded, the electrical killed, and the spa deflated in a heap. The last time we used the spa was three weeks ago, and we have used the spa a total of 6 times, always making sure to keep everything pristine clean. Upon closer examination, and review of the security cameras, it literally blew out in several places spontaneously. I will add more to this review as soon as I know whether or not Walmart will make this right.

Disappointed! We put it together and used it once and in fairness it was wonderful. Great bubbling action. However, as we were trying to get it good and hot for the next use, it shut off, started squealing and wouldn't run again. We called Intex and they were willing to replace the part. But they do not have any of these in stock. We called Nov 5th and was told it would be Dec. Now it will be Jan and who knows when we will have the part to ever use the Spa we paid for. Also Do NOT Use Bromide!

WHEN I GOT THIS SPA HOME THE SET UP WAS EASY. AFTER FILLING WITH WATER THE PUMP KEPT BLOWING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. IT SMELLED LIKE BURNT ELECTRICAL. I CALLED INTEX AND THE E-MAILED ME A FORM TO FILL OUT AND THEY WOULD PUT A NEW PUMP IN THE MAIL THE NEXT DAY. IT IS NOW 10 DAYS LATER AND NO PUMP. I CALLED AGAIN AND THE SERVICE CALLERS ARE IN CHINA. THEY SAID THE PUMPS WERE BACK ORDERED AND IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 4 - 6 WEEKS TO COME IN. BUT THEY COULD NOT PROMISE THAT. I AM RETURNING THIS PRODUCT BACK TO WAL MART TOMMOROW. THE WAL MART PURCHASE ON LINE WAS GREAT. THE PRODUCT IS LOUSY.
