Intex 4-Person PureSpa Bubble Massage Inflatable Hot Tub Spa

I purchased the Intex PureSpa Bubble Therapy Set just a few weeks ago and it has everything that you could ask for with such a good price! Comfy sides and bottom (padded bottom)- heater that works great- bubbles that bubble all around you- great set up and a cover! It was recommended to me to get a whirlpool or something similar since I have fibromyalgia and some RA issues- and this was the only decent thing out there that was readily affordable for me! My husband and I both enjoy it- it is extremely relaxing and soothing! We just love it! :) Bange

I've seen all the ads for home spas that run into the thousands - then I came across the INTEX BUBBLE SPA at Walmart for under $400. and was amazed when it was delivered FREE to my home. And I put it together by myself in less than an hour! Not bad for a 72 year old widow with no mechanical skills. LOL Very simple instructions. I suffer from Arthritis and this little spa is like getting a hot - full body massage! It's fully self-contained and heats to 104 degrees with 120 jets places all around it. Only 78 inches across, it fits in a corner of my spare bedroom. Yes! Inside my home! It holds 200 gallons of water so it's not too heavy for the floor and it's near a window for easy filling and draining so I can use it year round in any kind of weather. And I do - first thing every morning and just before bed every night. I'll never be without one! I even posted pictures of it on Facebook and I know of 4 "friends" that got one. (Maybe I should ask for a sales commission...)

My husband and I purchased this spa after reading different reviews. We were looking for something to help relax after work but didn't want to have to do major construction or plumbing/heating to get it up and running. The box arrived and we unpacked it and set it up in a hour or so. Filled quickly and heated to the maximum within one day. We have had it for a couple of months now and so far we are enjoying it with no problems or issues.

This is the best 500 bucks I've ever spent! For 1/10th the cost of a traditional hot tub you get an awesome portable spa! The setup is pretty easy and it goes up in minutes. I wish it heated up fasterbut when it hits 104 degrees yyou've reached your spa oasis destination! We love ours, hope this helps. By the way, I almost never write reviews and I WANTED to share my happiness about this product.

I picked this up for $400 during the July 4 sale and in general I'm happy wiht my purchase. I've always wanted a hot tub but couldn't see paying 2000 to 3000 on an entry level hard shell. 104 is plenty hot for me and the bubbles are good. THe main disappointment I have is that the inflatable tub for the hot tub cover had a leak right out of the box. I like the fact that it is portable so I can take it inside during the winter. It does lose about 4 degrees when the bubbles are running for over 30 minutes but 100 degrees is still hot enought for me. Other than the leak with the cover tube I'm happy with the purchase for an entry level tub.

Works great, jets are pretty strong, ive had it for a week and my wife and I go in it everynight..takes about 24hrs to get to the 104 temp. But, after that maintains pretty good. Just had a e90 code pop up and have been working with it, other than that works great.

The Bubble Spa was easy to set up with two people. However a few days after getting it up and running we had trouble with the control panel freezing up. Which you could not use any functions or turn it on/off.. Called customer service which was not a good experience. It is an intermational call center and the staff do not understand you or speak good English.. Had to call 3 times just to get a claim form e-mailed to me. Now being told that it will be another 7-10 days before I get a new control panel if they approve the claim.. Seriously thinking of taking this spa down and returning it to Walmart.

WHEN I GOT THIS SPA HOME THE SET UP WAS EASY. AFTER FILLING WITH WATER THE PUMP KEPT BLOWING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. IT SMELLED LIKE BURNT ELECTRICAL. I CALLED INTEX AND THE E-MAILED ME A FORM TO FILL OUT AND THEY WOULD PUT A NEW PUMP IN THE MAIL THE NEXT DAY. IT IS NOW 10 DAYS LATER AND NO PUMP. I CALLED AGAIN AND THE SERVICE CALLERS ARE IN CHINA. THEY SAID THE PUMPS WERE BACK ORDERED AND IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 4 - 6 WEEKS TO COME IN. BUT THEY COULD NOT PROMISE THAT. I AM RETURNING THIS PRODUCT BACK TO WAL MART TOMMOROW. THE WAL MART PURCHASE ON LINE WAS GREAT. THE PRODUCT IS LOUSY.

We purchased this item on 24 Feb 2016, and picked it up at the store on 07 March 2016. We built a 4 season room off our house to accommodate it and set it up according to the instructions. After 2 weeks we started getting error messages, but they were easily corrected. This morning, 17 June 2016, we awoke to find that the room the spa sat in was flooded, the electrical killed, and the spa deflated in a heap. The last time we used the spa was three weeks ago, and we have used the spa a total of 6 times, always making sure to keep everything pristine clean. Upon closer examination, and review of the security cameras, it literally blew out in several places spontaneously. I will add more to this review as soon as I know whether or not Walmart will make this right.

Disappointed! We put it together and used it once and in fairness it was wonderful. Great bubbling action. However, as we were trying to get it good and hot for the next use, it shut off, started squealing and wouldn't run again. We called Intex and they were willing to replace the part. But they do not have any of these in stock. We called Nov 5th and was told it would be Dec. Now it will be Jan and who knows when we will have the part to ever use the Spa we paid for. Also Do NOT Use Bromide!
