Good product for the price. Plenty of room for 4 five year olds and one adult. We had 2 three year olds and a five year old along with float toys and one adult. The filter is simple to set up. Only thing is; but some metal adjustable hose clamps for sure attachment. The filter is pretty functional in that it runs 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours per day (depending on pool size) automatically and shuts off between times. We've only had it for 10 days. Sofar, no leaks. I set it up by myself in about 40 minutes. It would have been faster if I had help. We also added a ground cover tarp and a solar cover. The water level is at about 24", which is plenty deep for our age group requirements.
I highly recommend this pool for children learning to swim ages 6yrs to 10 I will most definitely buy another one if I was to have any problems with it comes with the pump and everything already with it easy assembly quality good I really recommend in text pools just because the literature that's on the box and it was really simple setup I did it just by myself it recommends to people but I was able to do it with just one person
This is perfect for kids to have some summer fun in a pool. The pool is deep enough for them to play around and enough room for a family of 4 or more to sit and relax or play in . The pool is well made, sturdy and I recommend getting the pump with it and a pool cover. I am happy with my purchase my daughter loves it.
This pool is perfect for my husband and I just to float around and relax and cool down. We've had no issues with the filtration system. Great $150 purchase!
Cheaper than other pools of the same size. Easy put up. For kids ages 4 %26 2 it's perfect. Added a fountain and lights(not included) Good sturdy pool so good quality for less dollars.
This is the first pool Ive purchased and Im soooo glad I did! I live in AZ and needed something to cool me down when it gets 107+ degrees. So here's what you need if you're not quite sure what to buy in addition to the pool: Pool vacuum Pool net Chlorine dispenser Chlorine tablets (1" are the ones I like to use) Shock treatment Test strips Extra filter (It already comes with one, but this comes handy) Thats the basic pretty much, unless you buy like a Krystal salt filter kinda thing. You can buy all this stuff from walmart. Tips: -Don't let the chlorine tablets sink and dissolve to the bottom of the pool or it will bleach your liner and you'll have a big white ugly spot. -Take out all the wrinkles at the bottom of the liner when you start filling up the pool and its at like 2" full. -You're most likely going to kneel on the pool at one point or another so make sure you put something under the pool before filling that has some cushion, even some thick old blankets will work. And last, BUY IT!! You won't regret it!! ^_^
Was very easy to assemble! We have had it for a month with no problems. To prep for pool set up, I used a tarp folded in half with a thick old blanket in between for a pool pad to prevent any pokes and tears to the bottom liner. I also purchased a chlorine floater, Arm
Pool was in good condition and we were able to erect it in short time. The pool pump however took about as much time to install as did the pool. First, there were NO instructions included. Thanks to Youtube we were able to find a video after searching for 30 minutes or so. %232 the clamps that are supposed to hold the hoses onto their sites were 3 inches wide and our included hoses were 1 inch so obviously they did not work. We had to purchase 8 clamps to hold the hoses on. %233 the hoses were not the correct size: one was 4 foot long and the other 3 were each 2 foot long. Youtube videos state to locate pump two feet from pool sidewall but inlet for pump was at least 8 feet away. So we placed the pump beside the pool but still needed a six foot hose. The 2 outlets should have four foot hoses so they do not bend the connections thru the pool sidewalls. We will be looking into purchasing additional hoses. So, day two of install and fill but will have to wait to use until we go to town tomorrow to purchase our needed items and hopefully our pump will work as needed.
Ordered this early Spring 2020 knowing pools would be in short supply. Was concerned from negative reviews of leaks, but after 40 days of use, it is holding strong. I never used tiny supplied pump. So, in photo is the salt generator pump I purchased. Which is great for reduced maintenance involvement. I laid 3/4" foam mat (walmart) under pool and on top of asphalt driveway/dirt area to make sure no damage to pool. Made for pleasant soft floor. I placed aluminum sheet metal under each of the legs so they would not dig into dirt or asphalt and that was a good idea, because where they are missing, the leg is digging into asphalt. Easy to build. It is slightly off level by 1" but not a big deal. Holds up to canon balls. COMPLAINTS: hose clamps barely fit over hose. I feel I had to support hoses with rope to keep tension off. Due to bigger pump I have the larger 1.5" hose so that increases weight for return line. Note that i have a constant drip on suction line by the tee and that is fault of the hose clamp or o ring, but not redoing any fittings this year. They say to fill it to the blue rim, but the problem is that any activity in pool splashes out so it is best to keep level where you see in photo or it will just keep splashing out with normal pool fun. So it isn't a true 48". CUSTOMER SERVICE - or lack. In late winter I did get some email advice but it wasn't overly detailed. When I had a few more questions in late Spring I couldn't get on the phone and an email took 3-5 weeks for response and by then I found my answers online. So, if you need support you will be wanting. Hoping for the 4 years of use and by then kids will be begging for a bigger pool. kids are age 9 to 5. Ladder is adequate but one heavier person had to be really careful, but it didn't collapse or tip when another adult braced the ladder. Cover is impossible to put on the way they instruct, so I purchased large plastic Vice clamps from harbor freight and it is much easier that way. we use the pool so much I only cover it when we are away for a few days.
filter pump insufficient for size of pool. had to order another pump. also was Intex, said it was compatible. now I am having to buy some other types of connections and other things because it is not in fact compatible. I did buy a warranty but what does it matter? The filter pump is not sufficient to do the job of cleaning the size of this pool. Good luck to anyone purchasing.
