Intex Prism Frame 17ft x 48in ClearView Pool

The Intex pool was put on sale and I bought it in July. The delivery was great and the set up was so simple. Great all around experience!! Highly recommended

It arrived on the estimated delivery date. The package arrived undamaged. The pool was very easy to set up . It comes with everything you need to set up except the water. It's a very nice looking pool.

Although the pool was not delivered on time and the delivery person just threw the box on our driveway. I was pleasantly surprised when we opened up the box. I was expecting for the pool to come with a ground cloth and cover! I knew it came with the sand pump but this is wonderful. I had already bought my own so now we have extra. The pool looks to be good quality. We made a great selection with this being our first pool!!

pool would be great if I had received the correct parts to pump.The pool itself was easy to set up but I'm missing pieces to the SX FILTER PUMP.SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A FULL POOL AND NO PUMP TO KEEP IT CLEAN!SURE HOPE INTEX CAN HELP ME CONSIDERING I JUST GOT THURSDAY!

My product is up for recall because of the plastic wrap at bottom so I’d like the seller to contact me to get it fixed

Item was delivered completely damaged. The enter front of the box was ripped off with the liners falling out of the box. Was dropped from the back of a box truck, so I’m sure the pump is now broken too. I tried to use the chat to find a resolution and the guy, Joey, that I was speaking with was completely rude and unhelpful. He told me I needed to find a replacement box to return the pool. There was no other solutions, and they would not give any written documentation that they would return the pool past the 90 days since we aren’t setting the oil up until next summer. I guess my solutions are either returning the pool in individual pieces and half a box or keeping it and praying that everything works and all the parts are all there and functional. I will never order a pool or anything big from Walmart again. Amazon is by far the way to go. Very disappointed and upset over this, so much money possibly wasted.

If I could of put 0 stars I would of. This pool has a design flaw and if not right away like mine. Then eventually it will get a leak! The window is the problem it is where the leaks happen. Mine leaked right out of the box and even though legally they are reasonable to make me whole ie pay for the water I wasted filling the pool they only offer to send another liner no other competition. And who’s to say the new one won’t have the same problem so I’m supposed to pay the high cost of the water to test out their pools? Don’t buy it and sadly I’d say don’t buy any intex products if that’s the way they do business.

Pool came with 2 small punctures that I noticed after I started filling the pool. I was able to drain the small amount of water and patch the 2 holes. After pool was filled and hoses were in I noticed more water but at that time it was too late to take the pool down. Once I had the hoses in place and started running the filter there was drips of water coming from every hose. I checked and made sure everything was secure and it was. Do not recommend this pool

The PVC tube in the sand filter was cracked and a hole in it. And also had a leak in liner. They wanted the whole thing sent back for a replacement. Mind you I had already assembled the pool and addedbwater before I noticed the filter being broke.

I am so beyond frustrated after spending over 1000.00 on this 20x52 index xtr I pick it up curbside get it home take it out the box set it up notice all kinds off deeps indents all over the outside of the liner nothing really looked like a hole but I took pictures just in case and come to find out after 24 hours of filling the pool it was almost full I walk outside and there is water shooting from a little pinhole in the side of the pool. I immediately call intex and they gave me such a huge issue because I didn't have my actual Walmart receipt I only had my Walmart.com order information so after spending hours on the phone I don't really feel like I got anywhere so today I will go to Walmart and see if I can get a printed receipt but I shouldn't have to be dealing with any of this and now I'm gonna be out another 300 on the water I waisted filling up this pool.
