Amazing! This has been wonderful to enjoy in our sunroom. East set up, love the bubbles, heats up pretty quickly.

Easy to set up, much less costly then normal hot tubs , wish there was app control but elected on entry level. Normal plug , takes about 12 - 24 hours to heat up but no special connection. Still enjoying months later. Recommended

We bought the 85 inch 6 person in May of 2019 and we are still using it. It is finally starting to get some holes so we have patched it a few times but we had no expectations for it to last this long. We are shopping for a replacement now and will probably get the same one.

Good solid sides on tub can sit on with full weight. air bubbles strong. wish could adjust air bubbles

This was supposed to be a spa with an electronic hardwater treatment (saltwater) system. But after I spend hours getting it setup, I find it doesn't even have the connection port for the system. Then I find out that they sent an older model that doesn't have the system capability. It can only use the old style chlorine/bleach sanitizers and my skin is hypersensitive to chlorine. Some people who didn't care about the clorine may never have even noticed the bait and switch so I wonder how many others were cheated.

This item was delivered by FEDEX. It was a gift so it wasn't set up until the 31st day after purchase d/t a deck had to be built as well as a surprise. Upon opening the container; the ENTIRE pump casing was SHATTERED %26 apart (I HAVE PHOTOS) Called Walmart, not much help! Took over a week and 5 hrs of phone calls to Walmart to get the return set up. And 2 hours with FedEx to get the pick up set up. I was not honored or offered ANY type of monetary adjustments or even with the original sale price after all these troubles to get my replacement. I feel I'm due at least the $113 that I lost on the sale price but neither the seller or Walmart or FedEx will reimburse me. None of this was my fault. All I did was order the the bubble spa and I've had nothing but a headache since. Walmart is the worst! The seller obviously sells damaged products. Do not buy this product if you expect to be able to set it up in one day because you will most likely have to order another. My sister also ordered one two months ago and she experienced similar shipping and customer service experience. This is not an isolated experience. I'm very displeased with this seller and with Walmart.

This is the third HB-H10 PureSpa we have ordered. This latest version comes with an "energy-efficient cover", unlike the covers we've had before. This cover is heavy, unwieldly, gets very hot and if I realized it was the cover offered in this package I would not have made this puchase. SO THINK twice on this one. One person can not handle this cover while the previous light design was easily managed by one person. I am reusing the well worn cover from my previous SB-H10 rather than this new one. We keep the spa outside with direct Florida sun exposure part of the day so the spa deteriorates within 2-3 years and we then replace it, which we accept. We have enoyed this spa model for its simplicity and ease of use, but because of this BAD "energy-efficient cover" I regret the porchase.
