INTEX PureSpa Plus Greystone Deluxe 6 Person Spa w/ Jets

Set up was easy. We did purchase a couple stall floor pads to put under the spa. The one sent didn't seem very thick to us. It definitely made it more comfortable to sit in. It only took over night to heat up. It has held heat very good. Overall we love it and would recommend.

Wasn't satisfied with no directions directions on the cover like how how much air they put in or not

Easy to clean and move around. Heats up quickly and salt spa filters greatly. Our boys love hopping in after practices / games to help their bodies recover.

This is a great hot tub. we had a standard 2 person tub previously, and this one is so much nicer! it is a kittle deep, but a seat can be purchased, which makes it pedfect. it was so easy to set up, we have it in our basement. we couldnt be happier!

My husband and I like the size and the quality of the hot tub. The exterior tub dimensions are 66". I used pool salt and ran the sanitation cycle 8 hrs the 1st time.Chlorine level came up pretty high then dropped in a day. I run the sanitation again for 3-5 hrs to get chlorine back up. Its perfect for two adults. maybe three adults or two adults and two very small children. My son set it up for me and he didn't seem to struggle too much except he did complain the directions were a little confusing in some areas. The cover is a little weird. it goes all the way down to the bottom and there's a foam insulating layer in the top portion that seems to have folded over and bunched up on itself so I don't know if I can fix that or what happened to it. I had the water in it and ready to go within 18 hrs or so. Its very hot out now so we haven't run the heat much and its 92 degrees We've used it every night and love it.

Box came from speedtail. It had been opened, the pump and all accessories were missing. I do not recommend buying from them. Walmart customer service has been easy to work with and will take care of a replacement or refund. But ugh! What a pain

I bought the INTEX PureSpa Plus Greystone Deluxe 6 Person Inflatable Hot Tub Spa w/ Jets, and it turned out to be one of the worst purchases of my life. Within the first week, I encountered multiple issues, starting with error code E91, which made the spa completely unusable. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I encountered the same error again. The experience was nothing but frustration. The hot tub constantly malfunctioned, and I had to return it within a week of purchase. If you're looking for a reliable spa experience, steer clear of this one. The product is poorly designed, full of errors, and an absolute waste of money. Save yourself the headache!

We love Intex products and were hoping this would live up to their usual quality. First off, it is only 72", NOT 94". You'd be lucky to fit 4, maybe 5 small people. But we never had the opportunity to use it, the air release valve won't stop leaking air, it completely deflates. We adjusted it as far as it would go per the instructions but it never stopped. Total waste of time and money, so disappointed!

When the item arrived it was discovered that the hot tub had a leaky valve. When attempting to replace the item, the distributor required a copy of the receipt but was unwilling to accept the order confirmation from Walmart. Very poor correspondence between both parties (Walmart and Intex) and I'm still attempting to get my $900 back for the faulty product and am continued to be met with dead ends.

Bladder would not hold air, contacted the company Spreetail, with in the stupid 30 return policy asking for a replacement they never sent one and only.emailed suggestions to try to make the one we received work. We'll guess what, 6months later, this morning because the bladder deflated AGAIN causing the lid to sink and fill up with rain water, my 6 year old yorkie jumped up on the side and fell in and DROWNED and the company doesn't care. They said this is outside our 30 day return policy. Not our problem
