Love this stuff
This supplement tastes fine (not the best, but not bad), and it really does make a noticeable difference in my performance at the gym. It doesn't keep me up at night (non-stimulant), but it does seem to give me a bit more pep when I'm lifting weights or running, and I drink it while I am working out.

Great product.
Taste is great. Recovery is improved. It has all the needed aminos and electrolytes to help me refuel during or after a workout or run. Drinking water alone sometime just isn't enough. This product along with its ingredients has helped me push through some intense workouts.
