Easy to follow
You can follow him very easy. you have a full view of him and he takes it very slow so you can follow easily. he lets you know at the start you mirror him. example when he is using his left leg and arm he will tell you to use your right arm and leg. This way you can follow what he is doing and not have to do the opposite. That is where i use to get all mixed up and just quite. Right now i'm doing one or two steps at a time until i get them down. So far a VERY EASY video to follow and an excellent teacher.

Great gift for an elderly person.
I gave this as a gift and received positive feedback. The step by step instructions are easy to understand. They like being able to do this in the privacy of their home and it's not so intense that one would have to worry about injuries.

Just what I was looking for
I had been looking for a Tai Chai DVD for some time. When I found out that PBS had featured this instructor I decided to check it out. I'm glad I did. I am slowly learning this routine. It is broken down into small segments and the instructor does the movements mirroring you so it is easy to follow.

Ease into Tal Chi
A great introduction DVD for seniors like myself. Easy movement and pace for a beginner. I enjoy waking to perform these steps.

David gives excellent instructions. Easy to follow, precise and clear. I can learn each move, one at a time until I know it well.
