product arrived so fast, my first travel my luggage didn't suffer any scratch, looks like new, and with this color its easy to find between all the other luggages

The product is precisely what I was looking for in luggage. It is significantly less expensive than alternative choices while still being visually appealing and of good quality.

At first I was concerned about what seemed like flimsy material, but after a 9 day road trip it help up well. The thing I do not like about it is that it really has to be opened flat particularly if you have clothes, etc. in both sides. We stayed at a couple of hotels where unless we put the luggage on the bed (we never do) it was difficult to get things out.

I don't know why they call it "hardside", because just trying to get the suitcase unzipped I thought i was going to go through the thing. It does extend the extra 2", but all the zippers are hard to zip and unzip. The lock is hard to get open and closed as well. I'm glad I'm only going to need it this one time because it probably wouldn't make another trip. I know it was a cheaper suitcase but not this cheaply made.

The zipper broke on the 28" after one use

Didn't keep it was sent the wrong color, but it looks like it's a sturdy piece of luggage

The inside zipper was missing. The security feature on the outside was not easy to set. The hard plastic was very flimsy.

the back of the luggage had a hole cracked into it after first flight. material is not strong enough to hold up to being thrown around. loved the size and color though.
