Very poor quality
Very poor quality for the money I paid. It is not hard shell at all. I'm very disappointed. I expected more for the money I paid. The aid was very misleading and I would like a full refund or luggage that's hard shell not hard plastic.

Soft cheap plastic
This luggage is not hard. It is made of soft cheap plastic. With value of about $15 to $20 not the $81.00 we paid for it.
